City of West Hollywood takes landmark stand for shelter animals

Dr. Pia Salk tells us about the historic and compassionate action undertaken by the West Hollywood city council to help the plight of shelter animals and reduce the prevalence of puppy mills. How very cool. Maybe this will start a trend for many other communities to follow suit.
